Diffuse 2-3 drops in your home/or office when you need to focus your attention on an important project/tasks or ahead of an important call.
Mix a drop with a little carrier oil (coconut oil, or jojoba is great) and apply to the back of the neck and temples to retain concentration.
Inhale deeply the scent from the bottle when you find your mind wandering and you need extra concentration and energy boost
Use with aroma beads, a beautiful way to incorporate your concentrate blend. Keeps you grounded throughout the day.
Add a few drops to your bath in the evening for instant relaxation boost, you can also add a few drops of our blends tin the shower for an extra boost.
